Application Form
Any person who exhibits genuine loyalty and affection for Washington State University and fully knows and understands that special allegiance known as "Cougar Spirit," may be sponsored by any alumni or friends for adoption by the Alumni Association.
Adopting a Cougar is easy and affordable. When a Cougar is adopted, they will receive the following:
- A WSUAA membership of the adopter's choice
- A special Adopted Cougar recognition certificate signed by the WSUAA President and Executive Director
- An Adopted Cougar lapel pin
- And all the great benefits and services enjoyed by Alumni Association members
Adopting a person who exhibits Cougar Spirit makes a great gift and is an excellent way to reward loyal supporters of WSU who did not attend WSU.
