| Leadership Scholarship Award
Since 1980, the WSU Alumni Association has awarded more than $1,700,000 in WSUAA Leadership Scholarship awards to more than 1,000 deserving students. Helping outstanding students receive a world-class education at WSU and providing educational opportunities for the next generation of leaders, benefits us all. The majority of the awards are selected based on the WSU Alumni Association alumni districts across the state of Washington and are awarded to the incoming freshman who reside in each district. WSU Alumni Association District Directors and other WSUAA volunteers are heavily involved in the interview and selection process. Basis of Award How to Apply 2. Complete the online supplemental application. The online application includes your name, address, email, telephone number of your high school and name of counselor; GPA, SAT/ACT test scores and ranking class; 2) information requested in outline form of your leadership accomplishments; 3) essay question The generosity of thousands of WSU alumni and friends has helped to make a genuine difference in the lives of many outstanding students through their support of the WSU Alumni Association Student Scholarship program.
