The Feast brings together some of the very best aspects of WSU. Jamie Callison, Executive Chef for the Carson College of Business School of Hospitality Business Management, works with his students to bring guests expertly crafted, WSU focused fare, such as fresh vegetables from the Organic Farm and Wagyu beef from the Premium Beef Program. These fine dining experiences don't end at the food, however. The WSUAA partners with a different Wine-By-Cougars winery for each Feast, and Chef Callison spends hours creating harmonic relationships featuring a different wine for each of the four courses throughout the evening. The Feast also incorporates the WSU Museum of Art, which hosts the reception and includes a brief discussion with Director Chris Bruce. Guests are then treated to wonderful entertainment provided by the Marching Band, led by Athletic Bands Director, Dr. Bennefield.
