WSU Alumni Centre Policies and Fees
Meeting Areas EXCEPT Great Hall:
- $40 per event, for meetings with no food or beverages.
- $60 per event when food and/or beverages are served.
Great Hall:
- $100 per event per day, for meetings with no food or beverages.
- $150 per event per day, when food and/or beverages are served.
Entire Building:
- Use fee for the entire Alumni Centre Building is $400
After-hours Fee:
- $50 per hour outside regular WSU business hours (8am-5pm). A staff member must be present during all events, and during event setup and cleanup.
Equipment
The following equipment is available at the Alumni Centre and is included in room rental rates. Linens are not provided for tables. Please reserve equipment in advance. Depending on event size, rental of additional tables may be needed.

Projectors, laptops, and other audio/visual items are available for rental from Academic Media Services (www.ams.wsu.edu) or Event Support Services (www.ess.wsu.edu). Guests may also bring their own equipment.
Additional Event Policies:
- Copying, fax, coffee and other business services are not available.
- Use agreement and IRI for charges must be on file before event begins.
