April 13, 2007 Question:   In what year was recent College Baseball Hall of Fame inductee John Olerud named to the WSU Athletic Hall of Fame? Answer to the March 30, 2007 Question:  Name Washington State University's first female Regent.  Frances Penrose Owen served on WSU's Board of Regents from 1957 to 1975.  Owen Science and Engineering Library is named in her honor.
